Cross Planet L.L.C. only applies strict UCP600 banking rules and applies "Incoterms 2010" rules of delivery as a minimum standard. Cross Planet L.L.C. acts on behalf of undisclosed principals for most of the time and on behalf of disclosed principals on occasions in which we act as the Manufacturer's Representative.
PROCEDURE TO ORDER
1. Buyer (or Buyer's agent) Requests for Quote (RFQ) on a product stating exactly what you wants with full specifications for product, quantity, packing, destination, special instruction, target prices, etc. or Buyer may submit a Letter of Intent with necessary information.
2. Cross Planet LLC, as Seller, sends a quotation offer to sell and quote is signed and returned as accepted.
3. Draft contract is e-mailed to broker or the prospective buyer for purpose of reviewing and discussing the terms and conditions of the contract.
4. Once the terms and conditions of the contract are mutually agreed upon by the parties, a Final Contract is signed and returned as accepted via DHL, email, Fax ( Buyers choice)
5. End-Buyer issues Non-Active or Pre-advised Documentary Letter of Credit (PA-DLC) as per offer/contract., unless another payment option has been agreed upon.
6. Proof of Sellers interests/verifications of goods advised as per contract, if necessary.
7. Pre-advised Documentary Letter of Credit (PA-DLC) or Non-Active reverts to a fully active Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC)
8. Performance guarantee issued as per UCP600 Stand-by Letter of Credit (SLC) rules, if necessary.
9. Delivery shall be Free on Board (FOB) a port in Florida, United States of America or per offer/contract.
10. Delivery initiated by document presentation as per offer/contract.
11. Collection applied per each shipment until final delivery.
Above procedures are no different than if a End-buyer were to buy such goods they have sourced from their own Supplier - accordingly, CROSS PLANET L.L.C. enacts same procedures as per normal custom and practice. CROSS PLANET L.L.C. mainly conducts business in accordance with universally accepted ICC Trade mark applications and Rules of Delivery as per Incoterms 2010 (1st Jan 2011) and UCP 600 Letter of Credit Rules. All contracts are entered into as applicable to superior universally supported English Contract law and formation of such, fully or in part, in where Foreign Governance is able to prevail.
